Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC Announces Program to Assist Privately-Held Texas Businesses, Including in Booming Energy Sector

HOUSTON, Tex. April 30, 2008 - Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC, and its Houston, Texas, Managing Director , Sid M. Shaver, today announced that Hunter Wise has launched a new program to assist in raising equity, helping Texas companies go public, assisting privately-held businesses in mergers, acquisitions and sales, management-led buyouts, corporate financing, doing a recapitalization, or taking a public company private.

Mr. Shaver joined Hunter Wise in 2004 after serving for more than 19 years as managing director of privately owned professional service firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and a Certified in Merger & Acquisition Advisor, in addition to holding series 7, 24 and 66 securities licenses. Mr. Shaver has been involved in numerous transactions ranging from $10 to $100 million.
