Daniel McClory, Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC, Tells Conference Growth Financing for Public Companies Still Available in London

IRVINE, Calif. and NEW YORK, March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC Managing Director Daniel J. McClory will address The Investors' and Issuers' Summit on Alternative Capital Raising Strategies at The Harvard Club of New York on April 1, 2008, at 9:45 a.m in the "Opportunities in London: AIM IPOs" session.

Mr. McClory will discuss how pre-IPO and public growth companies with established revenues and earnings, and promising internationally-focused businesses in a wide variety of industries, can raise capital despite today's difficult financial markets with a listing on the London Stock Exchange's AIM segment, which targets smaller growing companies.

"There were 87 foreign Initial Public Offerings on all exchanges in London in 2007, valued at $29 billion, more than double New York's foreign IPOs including Chinese IPOs in the U.S.," Mr. McClory will tell the conference, sponsored by Financial Research Associates, LLC, and which features hedge funds, private equity firms, mutual funds, investment banks, corporate professionals and venture capitalists. "Although the number of AIM IPOs fell by 60% in 2007, the average funding size increased by 10%," McClory continued. "There has definitely been a flight to quality and quantity for successful AIM IPOs," he added.
