Craig Primo Named Managing Director of New Consumer
Products Groups at Hunter Wise Financial Group

IRVINE, California August 31, 2007 - Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC, is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Primo as Managing Director of its new Consumer Products Group. Mr. Primo has been assigned to build the Hunter Wise corporate finance and mergers and acquisition programs specifically focusing on consumer product companies.

"Craig has extensive experience in this sector. He was instrumental in the sale of a major Napa, California, winery to a public entity and, working with Citigroup Investment Bank from 1998 to 2007, he was responsible for numerous transactions between $20 million and $250 million in business enterprise value. Mr. Primo worked for Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., headquartered in Orange County, where he was responsible for sourcing and closing numerous successful transactions and he was frequently recognized for his achievements. In both 2002 and 2005 Mr. Primo closed more deals than any other banker in his division at Citigroup.
