Bradley G. Marlor MBA, CBI is a Managing Director of the Salt Lake City, Utah office, Brad has been a partner and founder of Utah Business Consultants, a Merger and Acquisition firm, since 1989. He is a graduate of four separate colleges and universities, with double bachelor degrees in accounting and administrative management, and an MBA. Brad has owned and operated several businesses, including various franchises. He also is a licensed real estate broker in Utah. He is a Certified Business Intermediary, a designation earned through the International Business Brokers Association. Brad has been a member of the IBBA since 1991. He is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Institute of Business Appraisers. Brad has been active in his community being an elected Council Member of the South Jordan City Council for over seven years. He also served four years on the South Jordan City Planning Commission, and was a founder of the South Jordan Chamber of Commerce. Brad has been recognized as an expert in business brokerage issues by Utah Business Magazine, and is a regular contributing article writer to The Enterprise Newspaper. He has lectured in seminars and continuing professional enrollment events on merger and acquisition topics. Brad has been an intermediary in hundreds of transactions, including manufacturing, distribution, specialty niche companies, and real estate.
