Susan Schell
Susan's diverse background includes spending 18 years as Vice President of Advanced Energy Industries, a global high technology company. During her tenure there, she headed numerous departments, was involved in the company's initial public offering, and assisted in the integration of acquisitions. Susan worked at the company's offices in the United States, Europe and the Pacific Rim.
She is currently an adjunct faculty member of the Colorado State University College of Business. She teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in global business, human resources management and communication.
Her past experience includes positions in banking, financial planning, management consulting, and most recently, as a successful business intermediary with Citadel Advisory Group.
She is a member of the prestigious International Women's Forum where she has served as a board member for their Leadership Foundation since 2003. She is a past president of the Colorado Women's Forum. During her career, she has served on 3 advisory boards for two universities and has been a member of 20 non-profit boards. Susan has written over 150 articles for business publications and has been featured on educational videos and panel discussions. She has been a popular guest speaker for numerous venues.
Susan has an undergraduate degree in Technical Management from Regis University and an MBA from the University of Denver.
