Ken Nofziger
Ken Nofziger has twenty years of middle-market experience advising corporations, business and land owners, accountants, attorneys and lenders on issues related to determining, increasing and realizing value. He has been responsible for a wide variety of mergers and acquisition, restructuring and financing engagements for middle market and emerging growth companies with a combined enterprise value of greater than $2 billion and has recently worked with property owners on the sale of more than 100,000 acres of land and facilities with a combined value of more than $100 million.
In addition to his Managing Director role at Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC, Ken is President of Murray Wise Associates LLC and Murray Wise Capital LLC (collectively, Murray Wise), two firms recently spun out from Westchester Group, Inc. following its acquisition by TIAA-CREF. A leading global agricultural advisory firm, Murray Wise specializes in the acquisition, management and disposition of farmland and agribusiness investments.
Prior to joining Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC/Murray Wise, Ken was a Managing Director with Duff & Phelps, LLC.s investment banking group in Los Angeles, specializing in middle-market mergers & acquisitions. Previously, he worked with EquiCo, LLC a boutique investment bank specializing in the sale of small and middle market companies and RSM McGladrey, Inc. where he provided financial, operations and strategic consulting services to middle-market companies.
