Over the last fifteen years, Mr. Marrullier has advised and managed hundreds of client evaluation and company sale assignments across a broad spectrum of industries and markets and has participated in the creation of over $1.5 billion in liquidity for his clients. He has direct experience ranging from services and distribution companies to construction and manufacturing. His industry experience includes, healthcare, marketing communications, business process outsourcing, retail, building supplies, chemicals and information technology.

Additionally, Mr. Marrullier has extensive middle-market business operations experience, which provides him with critical insight into the needs of his clients and allows him to skillfully negotiate transactions on their behalf. In addition to consulting with Arthur Andersen & Co., and serving as a Divisional Director of Middle Market Mi &A for Citigroup, prior to joining Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC, he was involved with the merger, acquisition, startup and management of a number of information technology companies in the software development and systems integration space.

Mr. Marrullier received a Degree in Business and Information Technology from the University of Virginia. He speaks three languages and has lived in Europe, Africa, the Caribbean and South America. Mr. Marrullier is a Series 7 and 63 Registered Securities Representative and a Series 24 Registered Securities Principal. He is also licensed to handle real estate transactions.
