Peter Louis
Peter Louis’s specialization is in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Initially he practiced as an Attorney and Conveyance of the Supreme Court of South Africa, specializing in corporate law. Immigrating to the United States, he became in-house counsel to an international company with sales in excess of $3 billion. He subsequently co-founded Keystone International, which became a dominant M&A brokerage firm with offices throughout Florida. Keystone was a representative in the State of Florida for the Geneva company, and received their prestigious “Top Gun” award several times for having sold more businesses than any other associate in the United States. A former two-term president of the Florida Business Brokers Association, Louis has also received certification as a Certified Florida Business Intermediary, as well as the Certified business Counselor from the Institute of Certified Business Counselors. He is an associate member of the American Bar Association.
