Kenneth A. Kaiser
Having worked on both the buy and sell side of the merger and acquisition business, Ken Kaiser provides clients with unique perspectives and expertise on executing transactions. Before joining Hunter Wise, Mr. Kaiser was a Vice President for Emerge Corporation, responsible for business development and execution of middle market merger and acquisition opportunities. During his tenure, Mr. Kaiser worked on the successful completion of numerous private company transactions. Prior to Emerge, Mr. Kaiser was a Vice President for the Arch Group, a merchant-banking boutique. During this tenure, he identified and developed over 25 investment opportunities, which consisted of private placements, leveraged buyouts and acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Kaiser valued and marketed privately held companies for a large middle-market mergers and acquisitions firm. He drafted offering memoranda for more than 30 businesses including contract manufacturing, medical devices, commercial printing, food distribution and information technology industries. Additionally, Mr. Kaiser was the CFO for a food service company in Palm Springs, California. Mr. Kaiser received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and is currently a Chartered Financial Analyst Candidate.
