An internationally known figure in the world of investment banking, Ken Hoganson is recognized as a leader in the merger and acquisition (M&A) profession. For three decades he has represented sellers and buyers ranging from private family businesses to divisions of large public corporations. Over the years he has successfully closed M&A transactions in every major sector of the economy.

Ken has been the chapter president and board member of two leading M&A professional associations: ACG and M&A Source. He is the chairman of the Family Firm Institute (FFI) Chicago chapter. Previously Ken enjoyed 15 successful years as a management consultant, corporate executive, and business owner/operator. He has been a director of Lovejoy, Inc. since 1996.

For 12 years, Ken held a senior faculty position at the Keller Graduate School of Management. He has written several M&A articles and has taught 100+ professional courses on all aspects of the M&A process. Mr. Hoganson received a BS and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
