With over ten years of experience providing business valuation, strategic consulting and mergers and acquisitions advisory services, Ms. Fimrite has an extensive track record working with middle market businesses. These businesses operated in a broad spectrum of industries including: IT services and software, specialty chemicals, retail, branded consumer products, online/digital media, healthcare services and business process outsourcing.

Prior to joining Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC, Ms. Fimrite was a banker with Citi Capital Strategies, where she led or participated on teams that originated and executed middle market M&A transactions. Prior to her graduate studies, Ms. Fimrite's professional credentials include associate and leadership positions in the entertainment, environmental services and international private banking industries.

Ms. Fimrite earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. She has lived and worked extensively throughout the United States, as well as in Canada, Mexico and Central America. She is a Series 7, 63 and 24 Registered Securities Representative.
