Paul Fejtek
Paul Fejtek provides entrepreneurs a unique blend of expertise as a former business owner selling his own company and later as an investment banker since 1997. His career executing M&A transactions for Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. included repeated honors as the #1 dealmaker in his division and other top performance awards. Mr. Fejtek was recruited by Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC in 2006 and continues to successfully generate significant liquidity for his private business owner clients. Sectors with transactional expertise include: food & beverage, medical products & healthcare, energy service companies, transportation, software developers, as well as various specialty distribution and service-related companies.
Mr. Fejtek's credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, an MBA from Pepperdine University, FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 securities licenses, as well as real estate licenses in California and other states. Paul has authored numerous articles appearing globally in business and special interest publications and he is a frequent guest speaker. He is also among only 300 people in the world who have climbed all of the famed Seven Summits - the highest mountain peaks on each of the seven continents. Paul and his wife Denise were featured numerous times on NBC News before, during, and after their climb of the Earth's highest, Mt. Everest, and they also appeared on the nation's #1 rated morning show, the Today Show. Paul has recently published a book entitled "Steps to the Summit - Reaching the Top in Business and Life" which is an adventure story but also includes a discussion about some of the M&A deals completed for Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC along the journey.
