Brian S. Corrigan
Mr. Corrigan’s focus is on real estate sales and finance, mortgage banking, and the placement of structured debt as well as advising to public and private real estate operating companies.
During his 26-year career in commercial real estate, Mr. Corrigan has successfully completed more than $3 billion in commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, financings and capital markets transactions. The scope of his transactions include major institutional quality office buildings, industrial properties, multi-family and retail asset acquisitions and dispositions, mortgage financing, real estate company recapitalizations and private equity placements.
Mr. Corrigan joined CB Richard Ellis as a result of their acquisition of Insignia/ESG, where he was Senior Managing Director in the capital markets group. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Corrigan was a Managing Director with Pricewaterhouse Coopers Securities LLC, and served as Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo, where he worked with institutional clients for principal lending by Wells Fargo.
Mr. Corrigan received an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA, and is a graduate of Boston College. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Mortgage Bankers Association.
